About Us

Desai Bandhu Ambewale Amar

Founded in 1932 in Pawas, Ratnagiri, Desai Bandhu Ambewale began as a humble family endeavour led by Bhaurao Desai (Raghunath Desai), with a singular vision—to give the Alphonso mango the identity and respect it truly deserved.

What started as a deep-rooted passion for Ratnagiri’s finest mangoes soon became a name synonymous with tradition, quality, trust, and authenticity. For generations, we have preserved the soul of the Alphonso while refining the craft that brings its flavour to life.
